Founded in 2001, EMI-EOAT has rapidly grown to one
of the world's largest suppliers of robotic End of Arm Tooling
components. Our goal was to develop a one stop shopping source
for robot users
who are interested in building their own EOATS or End Effectors.
Our product line includes components from a wide range of manufacturers
- as well as the complete SENVEX mounting system - which allows
components from our many different manufacturers to be mounted
to
the same EOAT frame.

Products
EMI-EOAT offers a wide range of robotic components - most are
in stock and ready for same day shipping. Major divisions include
- Base components (profiles, mounting plates, Quick changers
etc.)
- Mounting brackets (connectors, hinges, suspensions, etc) - Vacuum
cups (OEM replacement, polyurethane, bellows, etc.) - Grippers
(angular,
sliding, gripper fingers, etc.) - Cylinders - Nippers (nipper blades)
- Fittings, tubing, nuts & bolts, sensors, etc. We also carry

Manufacturers
In order to provide our customers with the wide range of components
needed to build their own End of arm tooling, EMI-EOAT stocks
components from many different manufacturers, including SENVEX,
HARMO, >ASS<, VESSEL, SMC, Star Automation, PIAB, Nile
air tools, 80/20, and more. Mounting brackets, which allow
almost every
component in our catalog to be easily mounted together to the same
EOAT base are also available. |

Engineering
EMI-EOAT offers FREE EOAT design services for a wide
range of robotic applications. Each 3-dimensional assembly design
is developed to meet specific application needs - individual component
call outs make it easy for the customer to see how each component
is mounted to the EOAT frame. A complete list of components and prices
is furnished with every assembly design.
